Step-by-Step Instructions
To kick things off, I preheat my oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. The smell of cookies baking is one of my favorites, and I can almost smell them already! In a large mixing bowl, I combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda. I whip it all together until it’s nice and smooth.
