First, I start by preheating my waffle maker, making sure it’s nice and hot for that golden-brown finish. In a large bowl, I whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In another bowl, I combine the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
