– 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with chilies

Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, heat your pot over medium heat and add the ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Once it’s cooked through, I like to drain any excess fat, but it can also add more flavor, so that’s up to you!
