Cheesy Ranch Chicken Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • Olive oil spray for greasing

Equipment Needed

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper (optional)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin (optional)
  • Knife and cutting board

Step-by-Step Instructions

First things first, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While that’s warming up, I like to cut my chicken breasts into small chunks. Then, you can toss those chicken pieces into a mixing bowl with the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. I really enjoy how the ranch gives a tangy flavor that complements the chicken perfectly. Once everything is mixed well, grab your cheese and fold it in gently. It’s at this moment that I start getting excited just thinking about how cheesy these bombs are going to be! (See the next page below to continue steps…)
