Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked pasta (any type you prefer)
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, packed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, I boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. This usually takes about 8-10 minutes. While that’s cooking, I prepare my vegetables. I chop the cherry tomatoes in half and wash the spinach. There’s something so fresh and vibrant about working with these ingredients!
