Step-by-Step Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While that’s heating up, you’ll want to cut your tortilla into bite-sized triangles; I usually get about eight pieces out of one large tortilla. Now, in a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and any additional spices you fancy.
