Step-by-Step Instructions
The first thing I always do is preheat my oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease my baking pan. I’ve learned from experience that lining the pan with parchment paper makes removing the cake much easier later. In a large bowl, I mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and one egg until it forms a thick dough.
