Ingredients
– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
– ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cups cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 cup milk chocolate chips
– ½ cup caramel sauce
– 1 cup Twix bars, chopped (plus extra for topping)
Equipment Needed
– 9-inch springform pan
– Mixing bowls
– Electric mixer or whisk
– Rubber spatula
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Microwave-safe bowl (for melting chocolate)
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, I always prepare the crust. In a medium-sized bowl, I combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. It’s so satisfying to mix these two together until they resemble wet sand! After that, I firmly press the mixture into the bottom of my springform pan to form an even layer. This is where the cheesecake gets its foundational crunch. Once that’s all nicely packed down, I set it aside to chill while I bring together the filling. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
