Step-by-Step Instructions
To begin, I took my crushed Oreo cookies and mixed them with the melted butter until well combined. I then pressed this mixture into the bottom of my 9-inch springform pan and popped it in the freezer while I prepared the cheesecake filling. While the crust chilled, I creamed together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until it was beautifully smooth and fluffy.
