Ingredients

– 1 lb ground chicken
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 large egg
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Step-by-Step Instructions

First things first! Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While waiting for that to heat up, I like to grab a big mixing bowl and throw in the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and chopped fresh parsley. The combination of those ingredients already makes my mouth water! I then add the minced garlic, milk, egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
