Ingredients
– 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup whipped topping
– 2 cups fresh mango, diced
– 1 cup mango puree (you can use store-bought or homemade)
Equipment Needed
– Mixing bowls
– 9×13 inch baking dish
– Hand mixer or stand mixer
– Rubber spatula
– Measuring cups and spoons
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) if you prefer a toasted crust, but it’s optional. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking dish to form an even crust. I usually like to add a little extra love by using the bottom of a measuring cup to pack it down tightly, ensuring it holds together nicely once set. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
