Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, the first step is to preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). I find that taking the time to prepare my oven properly makes a huge difference in the final texture of the brownies. While that’s heating up, I like to line my 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal later. In a large mixing bowl, I melt my unsalted butter, and then I whisk in the granulated sugar until it’s nice and creamy. Next, I add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and follow up with the vanilla extract. The mixture should be smooth and glossy at this point.
