First, I preheated my oven to 350°F (175°C) because a warm oven is key to achieving that perfect cheesecake pie texture. Then, I combined the crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a mixing bowl. The mixture should look like wet sand – crumbly yet clump together when pressed. Once I had the right consistency, I pressed it firmly into the bottom and up the sides of my pie dish to form a nice crust. It smelled heavenly already!
