Step-by-Step Instructions
First, in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of my stand mixer, I combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. After mixing these dry ingredients, I slowly add in the warm milk and melted butter, followed by the eggs, creating a lovely sticky dough. By kneading it until it’s smooth and elastic, the dough transforms into something truly wonderful! Once it’s the right texture, I cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
