Let’s get cooking! First, I start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add about 2 tablespoons of butter. Once it’s melted, I place the chicken breasts in the skillet, cooking them for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and cooked through.
