Strawberry Yogurt Cheesecake (Healthy & Protein-Rich)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 g) Greek yogurt (plain, thick)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup (150–180 g) fresh strawberries
  • Optional: 1–2 tablespoons honey
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Step-by-Step Instructions
