Ingredients
– 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 12 oz white chocolate chips
– 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
– Optional: sprinkles for decoration
Equipment Needed
– Food processor or rolling pin (for crushing Oreos)
– Mixing bowl
– Baking sheet
– Parchment paper
– Microwave-safe bowl
– Fork or dipping tool (to coat with chocolate)
Step-by-Step Instructions
First, you’ll want to crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. I usually toss mine into the food processor, but if you don’t have one, a rolling pin will do the trick; just place the cookies in a zip-top bag and crush away! Once the cookies are crushed, combine them in a mixing bowl with the softened cream cheese. The mixture can get a bit sticky, so I like to use my hands to squish everything together until it forms a nice, cohesive dough. It might take a minute, but trust me, it’s totally worth it!
