Step-by-Step Instructions
To get started, the first thing I do is prepare my vegetables and beef. This means chopping the carrots, celery, and potatoes, and making sure the beef is cut into nice, bite-sized chunks. I like to set everything out so I can easily grab what I need. Once everything is prepped, I toss the beef into the slow cooker first, followed by all the vegetables.
