Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

Ingredients

– 1 pound of thinly sliced ribeye steak
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color you like!)
– 2 cups of shredded provolone cheese
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 package of pre-made pizza dough
– Optional: garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor

Equipment Needed

– Large skillet
– Wooden spoon or spatula
– Baking sheet
– Parchment paper
– Rolling pin
– Mixing bowl

Step-by-Step Instructions

Let’s dive into making these delicious rolls! First, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet, sautéing them until they’re tender and lightly caramelized, which should take about 5-7 minutes. At this point, I like to add a pinch of salt and pepper to really enhance the flavors. Once the veggies are done, push them to one side of the skillet and add the ribeye steak. Cook the steak until it’s browned and cooked through, which takes about 3-4 minutes. Combine the steak with the veggies in the skillet, and sprinkle in the cheese until it’s melted and gooey.
