Ingredients
- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 10-12 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: cream cheese icing for drizzling
Equipment Needed
- Baking dish
- Mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Knife or pizza cutter
- Oven
Step-by-Step Instructions
To kick things off, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven is warming up, I like to grab my baking dish and lightly grease it to prevent any stickiness. Next, I roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Using my rolling pin, I stretch it into a rectangle about ½ inch thick, making it easy to layer in that Oreo goodness. Once rolled out, I take those lovely Oreo cookies and place them evenly down the center of the dough. Next, I drizzle the melted butter over the Oreo layer, followed by a sprinkle of brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to bring out all the flavors. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
