Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: diced pickles, mustard, or sliced tomatoes

Step-by-Step Instructions

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until it’s crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the bacon grease to sauté the onions. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook it until it’s soft and translucent.
