Ferrero Rocher

Ingredients

  • 1 pack wafers (approx. 150g) vanilla or hazelnut cream wafers
  • 2 large tablespoons Nutella (plus extra for filling)
  • 15 whole toasted hazelnuts
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • ½ cup finely chopped hazelnuts

  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler

Step-by-Step Instructions

When I start making these Ferrero Rocher truffles, the first thing I do is crush the wafers into fine crumbs. Sometimes I use a food processor if I want it done quickly, but most of the time I just crush them with my hands because it’s simple and works perfectly.
