Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). I love the anticipation of that first warm whiff of the oven when I’m baking! In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, and vanilla extract. Toss them gently until the rhubarb is well-coated and the sugar has started to draw out some of its juices. It should look a bit syrupy.
