Cinnamon Roll Honeybun Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 package of cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 9-inch springform pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer or whisk
  • Rubber spatula

Step-by-Step Instructions

To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Next, take your cinnamon roll package and open it up. You’ll want to separate the rolls and slice them into quarters. I find it easiest to just use kitchen scissors. Grease your 9-inch springform pan and layer the cinnamon roll pieces on the bottom, pressing them firmly. This will create a delicious crust that’s soft and chewy. Once layered, pop it in the oven to bake for about 15 minutes to set before adding the cheesecake filling.
