Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta (penne or rotini work great!)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
First things first: let’s get that pasta boiling! I always bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, then add in my pasta of choice. While the pasta cooks, I like to take this time to prepare my chicken and bacon. If you’ve got leftovers, that’s perfect! Shredding up precooked chicken mixes so well with all the other ingredients.
