Avocado Chocolate Brownies (Fudgy & Healthy-ish)

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados (very soft)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup (30–40 g) cocoa powder
  • 2–4 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fork or potato masher
  • Whisk
  • Small baking pan
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Oven
  • Cooling rack

Step-by-Step Instructions

The first thing I always do is preheat my oven to 180°C (350°F) so everything is ready before I start mixing the batter. I lightly grease my baking pan or line it with parchment paper because these brownies are very soft and fudgy once baked. Trust me, using parchment paper makes removing them much easier later.
