Step-by-Step Instructions

My process always starts with the star of the show: the cheese. I take my blocks of sharp cheddar and pepper jack and cut them into ½-inch cubes, trying to make them as uniform as possible. Then, in a large bowl, I gently toss these cubes with the finely diced jalapeños and a couple tablespoons of the measured flour.
