Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, I like to mix the cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until it’s nice and smooth. Getting the cream cheese to room temperature really helps with this process. Trust me, you don’t want any lumps in your dip! After everything is well combined, I fold in the shredded cheddar and the diced bacon.
