– 1 (21 oz) can of strawberry pie filling
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
First off, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, grab a large mixing bowl and blend the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar using a hand mixer or whisk until it’s smooth and creamy. This is one of my favorite parts; the smell of sweet cream cheese filling the air is heavenly! Next, gently fold in the vanilla extract until well combined. Once that’s done, spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish. Then, dollop the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry filling.
