Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, I whip together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until it’s creamy and smooth. This is the base of that cheesecake flavor I’m after, and honestly, I could just eat it with a spoon! Next, I spread the mixture evenly across the bottom of my greased baking dish.
