Speculoos Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 24 oz (680 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Speculoos cookie spread
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed Speculoos cookie crumbs

Step-by-Step Instructions

The first thing I do is preheat my oven and prepare my springform pan. I like to lightly grease the pan and sprinkle some of the crushed Speculoos cookie crumbs into the bottom.
