Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, heat your skillet over medium heat and add a teaspoon of olive oil, allowing it to warm up nicely. While the skillet heats, I like to prepare my quesadilla fillings. I take a large tortilla and spread a generous amount of pizza sauce over one half. Next, I sprinkle a mound of shredded mozzarella cheese on top and layer on the sliced pepperoni, making sure to leave enough room to fold the tortilla without spilling out the goodness.
