Step-by-Step Instructions
The first thing I do is preheat my oven to 170°C (340°F) and prepare a small baking pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper. I’ve found that getting the pan ready before mixing the batter makes the process much easier. I also like to zest the orange before juicing it because it’s much simpler that way.
