No Bake Turtle Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients

– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1/4 cup caramel sauce
– 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step-by-Step Instructions

To start, I first prepared the crust. In a mixing bowl, I combined the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. The aroma of the buttery crumbs mixed with sugar is absolutely mouthwatering! I stirred until everything was well combined. Then, I placed muffin liners in my muffin tin and pressed about a tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each liner, forming a nice little base for my cheesecakes.
