- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Equipment Needed
- 9×13 inch baking dish
- Mixing bowls
- Electric mixer
- Spatula
- Knife and cutting board
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, I like to prepare my strawberries by hulling and slicing them into thin pieces. It makes them easier to layer, and the aroma of fresh strawberries fills my kitchen! Next, in a large mixing bowl, I blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. The whisking creates a lovely, fluffy texture that makes your mouth water. Once mixed, I gently fold in the whipped cream to add that light and airy texture we crave in a cheesecake.
