Mixed Berry Cheesecake (Healthy & Protein-Rich)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 g) Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for firmer texture)

Step-by-Step Instructions
