Equipment Needed

– Skillet for cooking meat
– 9×13-inch baking dish
– Mixing spoon
– Aluminum foil
– Oven mitts
Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, I boil a large pot of salted water and add the lasagna noodles. I like to cook them just until al dente, as they will continue to cook while baking. While the noodles are boiling, I prep the filling by browning the ground meat in a skillet along with the diced onion and minced garlic. The aroma that fills my kitchen at this stage is just heavenly! Once the meat is browned, I sprinkle in the taco seasoning, black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn, mixing everything together well until heated through. The colors and textures are so inviting, and I can’t help but taste a spoonful. Oh, it’s delicious! (See the next page below to continue steps…)
