Step-by-Step Instructions
To start, I preheat my oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a large skillet. I cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned, then I drain the excess fat. Next, I stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water, letting it simmer until thickened. The smell of seasoned beef bubbling away is just divine! After that, I remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the shredded cheeses—this is where it gets really gooey and delicious!
