Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, I preheat my oven to 350°F (175°C) and line my baking pan with parchment paper. This little trick makes removing the bars so much easier once they’re baked! Next, in a mixing bowl, I mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. I really like to leave a few small chunks for that nice bite when I’m enjoying the bars later on.
