Double Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
– 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups

Equipment Needed

– Mixing bowls
– Electric mixer or whisk
– Measuring cups and spoons
– Baking sheets
– Parchment paper
– Cookie scoop or spoon

Step-by-Step Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While that’s heating up, I grab my mixing bowl and start with the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. I usually mix these until they’re creamy and well-combined, around 2-3 minutes. You’ll notice the heavenly aroma of peanut butter wafting through the air, and trust me, it’s a good sign! Once that’s done, add in the eggs and vanilla extract, blending them until smooth. (See the next page below to continue steps…)
