Step-by-Step Instructions
To begin making Divinity Candy, I first combine the granulated sugar, corn syrup, and water in a heavy-bottom saucepan. Over medium heat, I stir the mixture gently until the sugar has dissolved completely. It’s essential to be patient during this step; I like to keep an eye on the temperature using my candy thermometer. When it reaches 250°F, it’s time to move to the next phase.
