Step-by-Step Instructions
To start off, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with parchment paper or grease it lightly. In one bowl, prepare your brownie mix according to the package instructions. I usually mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until everything is nicely combined—but I love the slight lumps of chocolate that remain! Once ready, pour about a tablespoon of the brownie batter into each cup of the muffin tin. This will act as our base for the cookie dough. Now is the fun part!
