– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning
– 12 lasagna noodles
– 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment Needed

– Large skillet
– 9×13-inch baking dish
– Mixing bowls
– Wooden spoon or spatula
– Pot for boiling noodles
– Cheese grater (if you’re not using pre-shredded cheese)

Step-by-Step Instructions

To start, I preheated my oven to 375°F (190°C). I then grabbed a large skillet and cooked the chopped bacon over medium heat until it was crispy. The aroma of sizzling bacon fills my kitchen, and it’s one of my favorite scents! After the bacon is done, I removed it from the skillet, leaving the drippings behind. In the same skillet, I added the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. I seasoned it with salt and pepper and cooked until the meat was browned and the onions were soft. The combination of bacon and beef is just heavenly! (See the next page below to continue steps…)
